An all day Clinic with a drop-in base at the library and digital mentors visiting shops to give one-to-one mentoring sessions
Businesses who were unable to attend the Workshop were invited to have one-on-one sessions with a POW digital expert at the local library. No booking was necessary.
For businesses too busy to take out of the shop, a crew of 12 digital experts and Youth Ambassadors visited over 58 businesses to offer one-on-one mentoring in the shop.
POW also ran the #traderbanta social media campaign. Traders were invited to take over the local high street Twitter and Instagram accounts. The trader whose post got the most reach could win an iPad Mini. The purpose of this campaign was to get a spike of activity about the high street on social media. Traders without smart devices were able to use POW smart phones to create the posts. By doing this, POW was able to demonstrate the potential of social media to traders not currently active.
